My Transformation Journey

From weighing 78kg to shedding 18kg in just 6 months through the power of Yoga and disciplined diet control, my personal transformation has given me a renewed sense of purpose: to help others reclaim their health and well-being.

With a B.Ed, a Certified Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy, and 12+ years of professional experience in yoga practice and teaching, I am deeply committed to guiding others on their wellness journey through the ancient wisdom and modern applications of yoga.

My own journey to a healthier and more balanced life inspired a mission to help others find harmony through the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga. I’ve created specialized yoga sequences designed to address the unique physical and mental challenges faced by office workers and women, supporting them in cultivating strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

Yoga, to me, is far more than just physical movement—it’s a holistic practice that unites the body, mind, and soul through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.

Today, I share these transformative practices with passion and purpose. My approach blends traditional yoga philosophy with contemporary wellness techniques, including naturopathy and nutritional guidance, to create a truly integrative and personalized wellness experience.
