Even just 15 minutes of chair yoga in the office can help reduce physical and psychological stress.

What dietary principles align with a healthy lifestyle for yoga practitioners and office goers?

The diet includes fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, milk, butter, and cheese. The emphasis is on fresh, natural, and locally sourced foods. A yogic diet aims to avoid foods that are overly stimulating, like spicy foods, caffeine, and alcohol, or processed foods, which can cause sluggishness and hinder mental clarity.

How can healthy eating habits be incorporated into a busy workday?

Avoid Junk Food and schedule and plan meals and snacks ahead of time to avoid unhealthy choices at work. Choose nutrient-dense options like salads with leafy greens and protein, fruits, and nuts. Stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water. Eat mindfully and take meals 2-3 Hours before sleep. Keep Intermittent fasting for 10-12 Hours for better results.
